Smart Bus Terminal เป็นแอปพลิเคชันที่พัฒนาโดยกรมการขนส่งทางบก (DLT) เพื่ออำนวยความสะดวกด้านข้อมูลสถานีขนส่ง เอกสารฉบับนี้จัดทำขึ้นเพื่อชี้แจงนโยบายความเป็นส่วนตัว (Privacy Policy) และข้อกำหนดการใช้บริการ ตามพระราชบัญญัติคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล พ.ศ. 2562 (PDPA) และหลักเกณฑ์การตรวจสอบของ Google Play Store

ส่วนที่ 1: นโยบายความเป็นส่วนตัว (Privacy Policy)

1. ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลที่เราจัดเก็บ

แอปพลิเคชัน Smart Bus Terminal ออกแบบมาโดยคำนึงถึงความเป็นส่วนตัวของผู้ใช้อย่างสูงสุด เราจะเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่าน เฉพาะในขั้นตอนที่ท่านใช้งานเมนู "ส่งความคิดเห็น" (Feedback) เพื่อให้ข้อเสนอแนะในการนำไปปรับปรุงแอปพลิเคชันให้ดีขึ้นเท่านั้น โดยข้อมูลที่เราจัดเก็บได้แก่:

• ชื่อ-นามสกุล
• เบอร์โทรศัพท์
• อีเมล (Email)

หมายเหตุ: หากท่านเพียงแค่ดาวน์โหลดและใช้งานแอปพลิเคชันเพื่อค้นหาข้อมูลสถานีขนส่งตามปกติ โดยไม่ได้ส่งข้อเสนอแนะผ่านระบบ Feedback เราจะไม่มีการจัดเก็บข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลใดๆ ของท่าน

2. การเข้าถึงสิทธิ์บนอุปกรณ์ (Device Permissions)

แอปพลิเคชันนี้ ไม่มี การร้องขอสิทธิ์เข้าถึงข้อมูลที่ละเอียดอ่อนบนอุปกรณ์ของท่าน (เช่น สิทธิ์เข้าถึงกล้องถ่ายรูป, คลังภาพ, แฟ้มข้อมูลส่วนตัว หรือ ตำแหน่งที่ตั้ง GPS) นอกเหนือจากการขออนุญาตเชื่อมต่ออินเทอร์เน็ตพื้นฐานเพื่อให้แอปพลิเคชันสามารถดึงข้อมูลสถานีขนส่งมาแสดงผลได้

3. วัตถุประสงค์ในการประมวลผลข้อมูล

ข้อมูล ชื่อ-นามสกุล, เบอร์โทรศัพท์ และอีเมล ที่ได้รับจากการส่ง Feedback จะถูกนำไปใช้เพื่อ:

• รับฟังความคิดเห็น ปัญหาการใช้งาน และข้อเสนอแนะจากผู้ใช้
• นำไปวิเคราะห์และปรับปรุงแอปพลิเคชัน Smart Bus Terminal ให้มีประสิทธิภาพดียิ่งขึ้น
• ติดต่อกลับไปยังผู้ใช้งาน (กรณีที่จำเป็น) เพื่อสอบถามรายละเอียดเพิ่มเติมเกี่ยวกับปัญหาการใช้งานที่แจ้งเข้ามา

4. การเปิดเผยข้อมูลแก่บุคคลที่สาม

เราไม่มีนโยบายในการขาย แลกเปลี่ยน หรือเปิดเผยข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลที่ท่านส่งผ่านแบบฟอร์ม Feedback แก่บุคคลหรือหน่วยงานภายนอก ข้อมูลของท่านจะถูกเก็บรักษาไว้อย่างปลอดภัยและเข้าถึงได้เฉพาะเจ้าหน้าที่ผู้ดูแลระบบของกรมการขนส่งทางบกที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการพัฒนาแอปพลิเคชันเท่านั้น

ส่วนที่ 2: ข้อกำหนดและเงื่อนไข (Terms & Conditions)

1. การส่งข้อเสนอแนะ (Feedback)

ในการส่งความคิดเห็นหรือข้อเสนอแนะผ่านแอปพลิเคชัน ท่านตกลงที่จะใช้ถ้อยคำที่สุภาพ ไม่ใช้ข้อความที่หยาบคาย ผิดกฎหมาย หมิ่นประมาท หรือละเมิดสิทธิของบุคคลอื่น กรมการขนส่งทางบกขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการไม่พิจารณาข้อความที่ไม่เหมาะสม และอาจลบข้อมูลดังกล่าวออกจากระบบโดยไม่ต้องแจ้งให้ทราบล่วงหน้า

Unified Legal Document (Privacy Policy & Terms)

Smart Bus Terminal is an application developed by the Department of Land Transport (DLT) to facilitate public access to bus terminal information. This document outlines our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service in compliance with the Thailand Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (PDPA) and Google Play Store Developer Guidelines.

Part 1: Privacy Policy

1. Personal Data We Collect

The Smart Bus Terminal app is designed with your privacy in mind. We collect your personal data only when you use the "Feedback" menu to send us your opinions or report issues to help us improve the application. The data we collect is limited to:

• First Name and Last Name
• Phone Number
• Email Address

Note: If you merely download and use the application to search for bus terminal information normally without submitting feedback, we do not collect any of your personal data.

2. Device Permissions

This application does not request access to sensitive device permissions (such as Camera, Photo Gallery, Storage, or GPS Location). The app only requires standard internet connectivity permissions to fetch and display terminal information.

3. Purpose of Data Processing

The name, phone number, and email collected through the Feedback submission are used strictly to:

• Receive user opinions, reports on usability issues, and general feedback.
• Analyze the feedback to improve the efficiency and user experience of the Smart Bus Terminal app.
• Contact users back (only if necessary) to request further details regarding the reported technical issues.

4. Third-Party Data Disclosures

We do not sell, trade, or disclose the personal data submitted via the Feedback form to any third parties or external organizations. Your information is securely stored and accessible only to authorized DLT system administrators involved in app development.

Part 2: Terms and Conditions

1. Submitting Feedback

When submitting feedback or suggestions through the application, you agree to use polite language. Submitting profane, illegal, defamatory, or abusive content is strictly prohibited. DLT reserves the right to disregard inappropriate submissions and delete such data from the system without prior notice.
